Terms & Policies
All terms and policies are stipulated as read and understood by the customer prior to the placing of their order. They are represented as follows:
Delivery Method
Every effort will be made to ship orders or hand deliver them in a timely fashion. A minimum of 2 days turnaround should be anticipated for Los Angeles County orders, possibly longer for outlying areas.
Freight
All items FOB Vernon CA 90058
Freight for orders totaling over $1,500.00 USD will be sent prepaid within the Southern California area. This area is defined as the counties of Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside and San Diego.
Orders totaling less than $1,500.00 USD will be charged freight on a “pass thru” basis. This is described as our cost of freight/handling, passed through to the customer. No markup shall occur on these costs as a courtesy to our customers.
Backorders
Backorders can be billed and tracked, then shipped prepaid, or they can be cancelled by the customer. If no notification is made of customer preference, the backorder(s) will be cancelled at time of order and unbilled.

Enterprise Resources reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Returns
Any item arriving defective or in non-working order may be returned within 5 working days with notice to this company by email, phone or facsimile. In the judgment of this company a full refund or exchange will be issued depending upon the condition of the returned product; however it is stipulated that NO returns will be accepted without the container, box or surrounding original packaging material enclosed and intact. Method of return will be determined on an individual basis.
Sales Tax
Unless a resale card is submitted prior to any order or with that order the customer assumes and agrees all transactions take place in the County of Los Angeles, State of California and are thus subject to the local county tax rate at that time. This tax will be assessed at the time of order and included in the order processing.
